You guys must dread Mondays, I know, you have to LEARN something. But I can make this fun (I hope)
Well, in movies you see people being bullied physically, or mentally, but every thought you could be bullied socially. It is as easy as calling someone stupid on Facebook. Whatever you put on the Internet usually stays there for quite sometime. From chatting with someone that you think that another person isn't that fashionable, to posting an embarrassing pic, to even spilling a secret, it all counts as bullying. everyday, people do it, even if they don't know it.
Just saying, "Oh Bob, he said that 1+60=601! the hole class crakd up! hes such a loser." You post that on your wall, even if Bob doesn't really know you, or doesn't have a Facebook, and you think it is safe. Well, Steve, your "soon-to-be-boyfriend" (sorry boys we are talking in girl terms for this example) sees it on your wall. Well, as it turns out, Steve has been Bob's best friends for 5 years, ever since they started football together. Steve calls up Bob, and this is their conversation;
"Hey bro."
"Hey Bob. Dude, I got something to tell ya."
"What?"
"You know Sally?"
"Not much, but I do know she's got this crush on you."
"Well, Sally posted on her wall."
"Her wall?"
"On Facebook, she said that you couldn't answer this question-"
"Oh in Math? I was about to throw-up, you know me, I had a bad case of the stomach flu."
"Well, Bob, she posted that you were such a loser."
"WHAT?!"
"Yeah, just thought you wanted to know."
"Ok, thanks bro. And I thought I was able to win a date with this other girl this weekend. She now will think I'm stupid, along with the rest of the school once they see that. Well, I'll see you around."
"Dude, you ok?"
"I'm fine, gotta go-" dead line.
Get the pic? here's another example (this is for you guys):
Over the weekend, you had a game, but you lost because of John. Just as you yelled hike, you threw it to him, and he rammed straight into the opposing player. That wasn't the bad part, he didn't fall down; the bad part was, as he was running for the touchdown, his shoelaces in his cleats were untied, and he tripped, about a foot from touchdown zone. As you leave the locker room, disappointed, a friend of yours (a girl) runs up, and shows this picture of John, mid-fall. She's popular, so she has like, EVERYONE on her phone. She texts the pic to a few of her friends, who then forward it to some more of their friends, etc. John is the star wide receiver, and this was his first slip up, so you let it slide, not knowing what your friend did. The next day, you notice everyone looking at John weirdly, like he did something wrong, so at lunch , you go to consult him. But John didn't like that.
"Hey John-"
"Don't hey me buddy! Just because you are the quarterback for the team doesn't mean you get to make fun of the rest of us."
"What do you men?"
"Jacob, you know! That "girlfriend"-"
"She's not my girlfriend"
"Whatever. She sent the picture of me while I tripped!"
"John, I serously didn't know-"
"If you knew whas best for you, you'ed forget her, and look out for your team." He then dumps his water on you, and you stand up. You throw a punch at him, which he counter-attacks, and punches you in the face.
So wether you do it to hurt someone on purpose, or by accident, it still is bullying. So before I colse this, think of these two senteroes with Sally, Steve, Bob, John, and Jacob. Resist, it's not that hard to do.
Now, before I leave, question time. This isn't a fact or fiction answer now, theres no right or wrong, unless you of coarse think puppies. No, now here's your question.
How do you think Jacob and Sally feel after they relized what they did, and how do you think John, Steve, and Bob feel with what they see?

Well, like I said, it's THursday, so I'm bringing in some quotes!

Giving Bullying Advice To World-, Er, school-wide!
Hey you bully fighting friends out there. If you are here just for the heck of it, or you really do care, salutations. Hopefully, I won't bore you. Well, welcome to my blog, BoycottBullying! So this is how it works:
On Mondays and Tuesdays, I will (try to) talk about the biggest problem with bullies, and you guys should talk about it.
On Wednesdays, I will try my hardest to come on every week, and answer any bully problems, or questions.
And on Thursdays, it quote day. I will select a few quotes from the web, from people, or from books, and write it down. You guys can also give me ideas on what quotes I should put.
At the end of each blog, I will ask a question, and let you think about it, so that it becomes viral, and that so bullying will decrease (sorry, no prizes, even if you find a way to find me, and answer my question). I will answer it the next day.
Well, now I'm done blabbering (I think that's the word) I will end with a question, and a picture:
Who bullies more? (this means physically, emotionally, socially)
give you a hint:
